health breakfast (different breakfast)

I have a number of different breakfasts, none of which exceed 25 grams of carbs. I tend to like traditional breakfast food, unlike some of my daughters who often eat soup, pasta or pizza for breakfast. I also rarely eat the same thing 2 days in a row, unlike my wife who eats the same thing every day for a year or more and then abruptly switches to something else.

1. Special K Protein Plus or Nature’s Path Smart Bran, both of which have about 10 net grams of carbs, with some blueberries, strawberries or kiwi, a little vanilla extract, 1% milk and a packet of Splenda.
